The Handy Care Ring\u2122 is a home-tool designed to treat tennis\/golf elbow, mouse arm\u00a0and other types of RSI. \u00a0Using the Handy Care Ring\u2122 releases tension in the muscles of your\u00a0forearms, allowing the\u00a0muscles to start recovering on their own. The positive effects can be noticed\u00a0after only a brief period of time.\u00a0This product was\u00a0developed in Oulu, Finland. The product is patented and design protected.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This product and treatment was designed by Eero Simuna, who has done a long career as a masseur. At first he designed this tool for himself\u00a0to help with symptoms on his\u00a0elbows and forearms. Entrepreneur Harri Ylitalo\u00a0has also been in charge of product development e.g. choosing materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Eero, most symptoms in the arms are caused by\u00a0the muscle membrane of \u00a0the elbows- and\/or\u00a0upper arms “sticking” together. This increases the amount of friction between muscles and causes\u00a0irritation\u00a0at the attachment points with pain in the membrane of the muscles.<\/span><\/p>\n

The positive effect of the care-ring is based on\u00a0massaging cones, which are operated by placing your arm inside the ring. The cones can be adjusted to meet the needs of every individual user. Transverse movement of the ring\u00a0releases the tension of both\u00a0extending and contracting muscles of the fingers and\u00a0the muscles that rotate the forearm i.e.\u00a0extensor, flexor, pronator and\u00a0supinator muscles.
\nThe treatment can be performed at home or under the guidance of a professional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recovery starts fast\u00a0and the effects can usually be felt after the first time using the product. Desired results can be reached in a few weeks,\u00a0after using the ring regularly two to four times a week.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Handy Care Ring\u2122 has been under review by a\u00a0test group of around 20 people, including people from multiple different professions. And the results have been encouraging.
